Salon Boutique de Fleur réfléchir opening event

An opening event for Salon Boutique réfléchir was held.

The opening took place in a weekend marché style, which is held four times a month. During the daytime, the guests enjoyed smoothies using a generous serving of seasonal fruits. For dinner, champagne cocktail was served as an aperitif, in addition to the organic vegetable salad and quiche, which are part of our weekend marché menu.

Mrs. Akie Abe, Prime Minister Shinzo Abe’s wife, was present for the occasion, and she took home some vegetables and quiche. She also complimentarily said, “The vegetable salad set will definitely be added to my husband’s vegetable juice menu.”

Quiche using seasonal vegetables as well as the bouquet were very popular with the guests, and many of them made an arrangement for taking them home. Due to the limited amount of servings, we also accept reservations. For our marché days, please refer to the this page of this website.
